Privacy Policy
Parakox S.A.C. ("Parakox", "we") respects your privacy and complies with Peru's Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS.
1. Data controller
Parakox S.A.C., taxpayer ID (RUC) 20612345678, with legal address at Av. Javier Prado Este 492, 12th floor, San Isidro, Lima, Peru, is the controller of the personal data bank registered before Peru's National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
2. Data we collect
We collect your name, email address and browsing data when you subscribe to the newsletter, contact our team or consult educational content.
3. Purpose
The data is used to send you the workshop calendar, educational materials, notifications about new content and to improve the quality of the service.
4. Retention period
Your data is kept for 5 years from your last active contact, unless a different legal obligation applies or until you request its deletion.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of information, access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to privacy@parakox.com or to our legal address. You may also file a claim before the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (Ministry of Justice of Peru).
6. Data transfer
We do not sell or transfer your data to unauthorized third parties. We only share information with technology providers bound by confidentiality agreements.
7. Security measures
We apply technical and organizational measures in accordance with Information Security Directive No. 01-2022-JUS/DGTAIPD to protect information against unauthorized access.
